Meeting convened at 6:15 by President David Russo.

With those in attendance a quorum was noted.  Those in attendance included the following:  David Russo, Chad Robinson, Billy Kincaid, Roseanna Thompson, Ray Thompson, Rob Davis, Kaci Landers, Larry Brightwell, Brian Seachrist, Greg Eads, Tony Romeo and Eddie Lee.

Motion was made by Billy Kincaid to approve the minutes from the October 19, 2009 CMLL Board Meeting.  Seconded by Rob Davis.  Discussion held.  Motion carried.

Appointments to the CMLL Board:

Tim Hufford:  Motion made by Rob Davis, seconded by Greg Eads to nominate Tim Hufford to the CMLL Board of Directors.  Discussion held. Motion carried.

The following league positions were discussed:

Safety Coordinator:  Brian Seachrist and Tony Romeo were nominated by Billy Kincaid to serve as Co-Chairs.   Chad Robinson second motion.  Discussion held.  Motion carried.

League Information Officer:  Greg Eads and Kaci Landers were nominated by Rob Davis to serve as Co-Chairs.   Billy Kincaid second motion.  Discussion held.  Motion carried.

Committee Reports:

Concession Stand Committee:  Report presented by Chad Robinson.  Recommendations and report submitted to CMLL Board.  Discussion followed.

Next meeting scheduled for Monday November 30, 2009 at 6:00.  Location of meeting to be held at the Bigley Field office.
