·         Discussion of contacting current and past sponsors by mail and distribution of plaques.   MOTION made by David Russo nominating Cheryl McCoy to contact sponsors by mail.   SECOND by Rob Davis.  Passed by unanimous vote.

·         Discussion of new sponsorships (signs and teams).  

·         Discussion of radio ad on 580am by Susie Azevedo. 

·         Discussion of league finances.   MOTION made by Dave Russo to pay $26 from league funds to Chad Robinson to cover fall ball shirts for Billy Kincaid’s team that cannot be collected from parents.  SECOND by Susie Azevedo.  Passed by unanimous vote.

·         Discussion of making new sign for Sunbelt.  Due to all of the free equipment use donated by Sunbelt.  MOTION made by Jerry Landers to make a new sign for Sunbelt to hang on the big field.  SECOND by David Russo.  Passed by unanimous vote. 

·         Discussion of getting dirt for KC field.

·         Discussions of selling sunflower seeds at Power Park as fundraiser. Mike Martin to look into kids selling sunflower seeds at Power Park. 

·         Discussion of revising by-laws at a later meeting.
