• Concessions and Announcing Responsibilities / "Team Parent"
  

  Each team should find an interested parent to become more involved with the team as a "Team Parent". This person can help you schedule the other parents for the required staffing of the concession stand and the press box announcing, coordinate rain-out or rescheduling messaging using some form of "phone tree", etc.

• Home team is responsible for preparing the field.
  
  
• Visiting team is responsible for filling the water coolers for both teams and the announcing. Water coolers are located in the concession stand.
  
  
• Please remember to turn down the volume after 9:00 PM for our neighbors sake.
  
  
• Last game of day, teams are responsible for removing bases and installing safety plugs, please store bases in equipment shed. Groom pitchers mound and batters box, if needed.
  
  
• Please make sure all trash is picked up in dug outs.
